Refund and Returns Policy

We want to be clear and fair about refunds and returns. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. Due to how our supplier works, we do not have much flexibility on refunds/exchanges.

Overview

You have 5 days from the date of purchase to request a refund.
After 5 days, no refunds or exchanges will be issued under any circumstances.

To start a refund request, you must contact us first. Do not send items back without approval.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused
  • The item must be in the same condition you received it
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

Items returned without approval or proof of purchase will not be refunded.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable or digital products (including software, ranks, virtual items, licenses, or access keys)
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Perishable goods
  • Intimate or sanitary products
  • Hazardous materials or flammable items
  • Physical products with attached digital rewards

All digital purchases are final once delivered.

Partial Refunds (If Approved)

Partial refunds may be granted at our discretion if:

  • The item shows obvious signs of use
  • The item is missing parts not due to our error
  • The item is returned damaged due to customer handling
  • The item is returned outside the approved return conditions

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • You will be notified by email
  • If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider

Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from any approved refund.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your payment provider (processing times vary)
  3. Contact your bank

Sale Items

Sale or discounted items are final sale.
They are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

To request an exchange:

  • Email us at support@discrealms.net
  • Include your order number and a video of the unboxing
  • Exchanges are only for the same item

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you:

  • You cannot initiate a refund for the item

If the gift was shipped to the purchaser:

  • The refund will be issued to the original purchaser

Shipping Returns

If your return is approved:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Shipping fees are not refundable
  • We recommend using tracked or insured shipping for higher-value items

Disc Realms Studios is not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.

Unapproved returns will not be accepted.
